Day 1:
Arrival to Mendoza in the morning. Specialized city tour (historical, cultural and enological). We stop at "Kato Café", Lounge Bar located in a residential area of the city. We continue with our tour and stop at "El Sauce", an old traditional house of Mendoza where we share a cooking class of typical food from Cuyo and prepare our lunch with the chef. In the afternoon we visit "Rosas", a workshop specialized in Classical and Modern Art in wrought iron. Dinner at "Cavas de Cano" enjoying its cold meats, delicatessen and Creole food.

Day 2:
We go towards the area of Luján de Cuyo, a wine area par excellence. We visit two wineries, one of them very large and the other, a small one or "Boutique", where we have lunch and taste its wines. In the afternoon we visit "Casa Taller" owned by Marita Lavoisier and her outstanding paintings made with noble materials of the area. We share coffee, "mate", home-made "pastelitos" (sweat potato/quince filled fried pastries) and go back to the hotel. Dinner at "Las Negras Bistro", fussion cooking.

Day 3:
We head out towards Uco Valley to visit some wineries. We have lunch at Posada del Jamón with home-made bread, prosciutto, craft beer and varietal wines. In the afternoon we go to Salentein Winery and stay overnight at its Lodge. Two-hour walk in the San Pablo Farm, a place with a unique landscape and scenery and Jesuit ruins. We begin crossing a park of walnut trees, willows, and vineyards, reaching semi-desert areas, always in the company of the Andes Mountain Range. We go back to the Lodge for dinner.
Overnight at the Salentein Lodge - B / L / D
Day 4:
We go back to the City of Mendoza on the Pampa de las Carreras road, a spectacular dirt road, along the Andes Mountains. We stop at Potrerillos to enjoy a dose of adventure: rafting on the Mendoza River. We say good-bye having a "typical Argentinean barbecue" and go to the airport.
